Kitchen cabinets:
paint, reface or replace
Cabinets set the tone for a kitchen. Depending on their condition, the right move might be paint, new doors and drawer fronts, or new cabinetry. We do all three, so the recommendation is about your kitchen.

Paint, reface or replace?
We’ll give you a straight answer.
Not every kitchen needs new cabinets. When the boxes are in good shape, paint or new doors can be the smartest update you make.
When they’re not, we’ll tell you, and walk through what new cabinetry would involve.
Sound familiar?
Good reasons
to give us a call.
- Cabinets are solid but the color or style looks dated
- Doors and edges are chipped or worn
- You want a new look without a full remodel
- The layout no longer works and needs new cabinetry

Should I paint, reface or replace my cabinets?
Painting changes the color of the cabinets you have. Refacing adds new doors and drawer fronts for a new style. Replacing makes sense when the boxes or layout no longer work. We’ll look at your kitchen and explain the options.
Can you update the backsplash at the same time?
Yes. Backsplash work is completed by a specialty subcontractor we coordinate alongside the cabinet work.
