About
A new name.
Not new to the work.
RUBI Contractors LLC is a young company. The hands behind it are not.
Our team has worked in the trades since 2000: remodeling rooms, building porches and outdoor structures, installing siding, doors and windows, carpentry and painting. Starting RUBI Contractors means putting our own name on that work and working directly with homeowners.
We’re not trying to look like the biggest company in Tulsa. We want to be the one you’re glad you called: the one that shows up, explains the work, protects your home and leaves the job finished.
- Registered LLC

Our timeline
- 2000
Our team starts working in home remodeling, carpentry and painting.
- The years between
Interiors, exteriors, siding, cabinets, porches and more, learning what holds up and what doesn’t.
- Today
RUBI Contractors LLC: our own company, serving homeowners across the Tulsa metro.
How we work
Three things we
don’t compromise on.
- 01
Say what we’ll do.
Clear scope, clear expectations and honest recommendations, including when a smaller fix is the smarter choice.
- 02
Do it right.
Prep that isn’t rushed, clean lines, tight joints and a finished look you’ll notice every day.
- 03
Treat it like a home.
You live there. We protect your floors and furniture, keep you informed and respect your space.
What we do
Several trades,
under one name.
Specialty work like tile, flooring and backsplash is completed by subcontractors we schedule and coordinate, so you still have one contractor to call.
