What we collect

When you send a project inquiry, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), project city, project type, preferred contact method and project details. We also record the page the form was sent from and the date and time of submission.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project and prepare an estimate. We do not sell your information.

How it’s stored

Form submissions are stored in a private business spreadsheet and sent to us by email so we can follow up. Access is limited to RUBI Contractors.

Chat assistant

The chat window on this site is an automated assistant provided by Chatbase. Messages you type are processed by Chatbase to generate replies and may be stored so we can review conversations and follow up. Please don’t share sensitive personal or payment information in the chat.

Online scheduling

Visits booked online are scheduled through Google Calendar. The details you enter when booking (such as your name, email, phone and property address) are shared with us so we can confirm and prepare for the visit.

Your choices
